Every driver completes a DOJ & FBI Live Scan fingerprint background check before their first ride. Start here and we’ll send you the form and next steps.

Apply to drive with SafeHaven Care Drivers. We’ll email you the Request for Live Scan Service form and where to get fingerprinted in LA County.

Drivers pay the standard Live Scan state/rolling fee ($30–$70) at their appointment. Verified drivers earn the DOJ & FBI Live Scan Cleared badge.
